Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Thank you for respecting my time and allowing me to continue offering the best experience to all of my guests!

​Service Satisfaction & Redo Policy

I take great pride in the artistry and technical skill provided at every appointment. Because my services involve dedicated time and the use of professional-grade products, I do not offer refunds. However, your satisfaction is my top priority. If you are not completely happy with your results, I offer a Redo Service under the following guidelines:

• The Window: Please contact me within 72 hours of your original appointment to request a redo.
​
• The Scope: Redos are intended to adjust the original agreed-upon goal. Changes in "mind" or requests for a completely different look will be treated as a new service.
​
• The Cost: While my labor is complimentary for a redo, a small Product Fee will be charged to cover the cost of the professional color and materials required to achieve your new result.
​
• Home Maintenance: Redo or adjustment services are void if the hair has been chemically altered or toned at home between appointments.
